The date is now 25 of the Imperial Era to those within the bounds Egurashie Empire. Twenty-five years of Imperial Rule seems to have benefited muliple providences, even if most of them could normally never see eachother.
At the heart of a vast Empire that spans multiple realities, the Imperial Fortress is truly a testimate to Imperial ingenuity, resting on a Nexus of multiple realities. Travel between the Fortress and these realities is made possiable by the river which encircles the fortress. The exact details of the travel are classified, as the Empire does not wish its secrets to be widely known...
Containing numerous artifacrts of great magical and technological power, the Imperial Fortress stands with its doors open to welcome visitors, and even those seeking asylum or sanctuary...

I. - Do NOT use weapons or spells upon unsuspecting victims who have done nothing to merit such treatment.
II. - Do not attempt to bother people who're IC or doing their own stuff. You may ask to join, but do not intrude!
III. - NO Flaming, Insulting without reason, Extreme cursing, or the like.
IV. - Avoid being immature.
V. - Keep it at least somewhat clean, for Paladine's sake.
VI. - [Applies to both OoC and IC] - NO N00bspeak/Netspeak. And, at least -attempt- to type correctly and use capitalization.
VII. - If you're OoC in an area where people are being IC, keep your OoC in Brackets [].
-IC Rules-
I. - No Godmodding, pure and simple.
II. - Use attempted actions, such as "CyberForte attempts to skewer,"if doing something to another person, but don't worry about doing otherwise, as it's optional the rest of the time.
III. - Do not attempt to play divine or divine-like characters.
IV. - Although your characters can come from most any reality, try to keep it at least within the bounds of possiability.
V. - Even if you're mean or rude ICly, try to be nice in any OoC.
VI. - RPing ought to take place in the Fortress's Reality, and we're strict in that respect; what happened the last time holds true still.

Grand Hall - This large corridor branches off to many of the important room, and it lies at the heart of the fortress.
Throne Room - One of the larger true rooms, the throne room is Lord Egurashie's seat of power and the site of the Imperial Court.
[During the Yuletide Ball, this room will likely house Imperial Court Roleplay]
Imperial Garden - This is a quiet area that has been carefully cultivated for the enjoyment of the Lord Emperor and he guests. He is said to tend to it himself.
Recreation Room - Equipped with music, slots, a pool, and the like, this room is basicly a place to relax.
[During the Yuletide Ball, this room will be a room to relax and enjoy yourself OoCly.]
Bar - This is obviously a bar. You can order drinks and such. Or just sit around.
[During the Yuletide Ball, this room will have semi-IC Bar demi-RP.]
Library - This is a quiet library to relax within, as long as you steer clear of military secrets...[Mostly un-DSed still]
Dungeon - This is the dungeon in which troublemakers and other prisioners are kept. You'd best not end up here...
Ballroom - This is a room mainly for dancing and feasting.
[During the Yuletide Ball, this room will hold the Dancing and Feasting. >>;]
Dueling Arena - This room is used mainly for duels that will be watched by others.

Battlefield - This area is used for combat using the fortress's weapon systems.
[During the Yuletide Ball, this room will hold OoC combat and AI Combat]
Armory - This room holds many of the fortress's weapons, magical and otherwise.
[During the Yuletide Ball, this room may be off-limits]
Rooms - This area holds guest rooms as well as resident rooms.
[During the Yuletide Ball, the guest rooms will be free for anyone who would like one.]
