Well, I'm now going to explain the second of the fabled Crosses, Sol-Cross-Rockman.
Sol-Cross-Rockman is not available in EXE5 ToB or ToC, but it is available in Twin Leaders.
In the Japanese Version of Twin Leaders, you get it by inserting a copy of the Third Boktai Game in the GBA slot while playing.
In the NA version of Twin Leaders, you get it by Inserting Boktai 2; Solar Boy Django in the GBA slot while playing.

The effects of Sol-Cross-Rockman in battle are;
-HP + 200
-SuperArmor
-Megafolder -2
-Gun Del Sol Charge shot
-Attack + 20 on all chips via charging (auto charges from +0 to +20)
-HP regeneration after battle
-Twice the effectiveness for all Gun Del Sol chips when plugged in from outside
-Boktai Trader appears.
-Knight-with-100-Dummies Minigame becomes Otenko-with-1000-Bats.
