This is a PET owner simulation game that was released in Japan, currently there is no plan for a US release.
The Battle System is slightly diffrent from the othe Battle Network Rockman.exe series as you merely give your navi instructions and send them chips.
There are a number of playable navis, some of which can only be unlocked via Battle Chip Gate chips.
The Playable navis include:
